Laura Crist, Principal
Laura Crist is a dynamic community builder, creative strategist, and trusted partner to local governments across Montana. With dual master’s degrees in Public Administration and Public Health from the University of Montana—and early career experience as a registered dietitian at Johns Hopkins—she brings both technical expertise and human-centered insight to her work. Laura helps communities navigate complex policy challenges through inclusive engagement, clear communication, and strategic planning. She also serves on the leadership team of Kids Education Yes, where she advocates for strong public schools. Known for her optimism, energy, and ability to turn vision into action, Laura is committed to creating meaningful, measurable impact.
Beth Leatham, Principal
Beth Leatham is an award-winning entrepreneur, seasoned communicator, and dedicated community builder. A graduate of Middlebury College, she brings a sharp strategic mind and a deep sense of purpose to every project she tackles. As the owner of a beloved local outdoor gear shop and an advisor with the nationally recognized Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, Beth helps rural entrepreneurs across the Mountain West grow and thrive.
Her leadership extends beyond business—Beth serves on the Great Falls Tourism Board and is known for rolling up her sleeves to make a difference in her community. Whether she’s crafting messaging that moves people to action or navigating a backcountry trail, Beth brings clarity, creativity, and genuine connection to all she does.
